Terms of sale & use
Last updated June 2026
These terms cover your purchase and use of Lost Media Emulator("the software"), sold by Producedbyben. By buying or using it, you agree to them.
What you're buying
A one-time, perpetual license to the product you chose: the macOS app, the Premiere Pro / After Effects extension, or the bundle of both. There is no subscription. Updates inside your major version are free. Your specific rights are set out in the license agreement.
Price and tax
Listed prices are pre-tax. VAT or sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location. We act as merchant of record and handle that tax for you.
Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. After payment you receive a license key and a download link by email. The product is delivered digitally, so there is nothing to ship.
Refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days. See the refund policy for how.
Acceptable use
Use the software to create whatever you like; the output is yours. Don't resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software itself, and don't share your license key.
Liability
The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the license. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions go to support@lostmediaemulator.com.
